Ordering & Delivery Information
How to Place an Order
UK buyers: Once you have finished shopping please place your order by using the ‘checkout’ button and follow the on-screen instructions to submit payment.
We will dispatch your order to the 'Shipping Address' details submitted on the PayPal 'payment' page.
Payment Methods
We accept the two methods of payment:
Online
We accept secure online payments using any of the following credit/debit cards:
All online transactions are processed using PayPal, a leading provider of secure online payments.We do not see or store your credit card details.
*You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit payment. Only your card details and e-mail address are required.
Bank Transfer
We accept payment via bank transfer. If you would like to pay this way then please contact us with details of your proposed order and we will supply our bank details for payment.
Overseas Customers
Overseas customers are most welcome, however, our system is only currently set-up for UK sales.
Therefore, please contact us with the details of your proposed order to sales@glitter-pink.com and we will be happy to advise of the shipping costs to
your country and forward an invoice for payment.
Confirmation
Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with order number.
If you submit payment via PayPal you will also receive a separate confirmation of payment.
Delivery Process
How soon will I receive my order?
Most glitter-pink items are made-to-order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of receiving cleared payment. However, they are usually sent much sooner (90% within 72 hours).
If there is likely to be any delay we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to amend or cancel the order.
Postage & Packing
UK postage and packing is charged by weight and delivery costs are confirmed at the checkout stage.
Your items will be dispatched via Royal Mail, Recorded or Special Delivery or (dependant upon weight) a courier company.
Delivery Address
A signature is required for all deliveries so please designate an alternative address if required by contacting us.
If your purchase is a gift we are happy to send it directly to the recipient complete with your message.
Express Orders
If you need your order to be dispatched urgently please contact us and we will be happy to advise timescales and the cost of express delivery. Please e-mail for prices.
Returns & Refunds
We trust that you will be delighted with your glitter-pink purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us via returns@glitter-pink.com.
If the item is returned in its original condition we are happy to offer a full refund, minus delivery costs.
All items must be returned within 14 days with the invoice included.
We will process your refund via the method in which payment was originally made.
Return postage costs are not refunded.
The package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us.Therefore we recommend you send it via registered post, retaining proof of postage in order to claim from Royal Mail should your package be lost.
We are unable to offer refunds on made to order items unless the goods are faulty.
